Sounds first class: Organ-building membranes made of Havana pneumatic leather

The ultimate organ-building membranes: our highest quality membranes are made of 100% Havana full-grain leather instead of split leather. Full-grain leather is of a higher quality and more durable than split leather. Maximum resistance to tearing and a long service life ensure the supremacy of Havana pneumatic leather. Flexible and supple full-grain leather membranes react rapidly and with precision. The result is dynamic play that sonorously highlights the fascination of organ building.

Rubber cloth for organ building

Specially produced for organ building, our rubber cloth offers all the attributes an organ builder could wish for. This high-quality product is durable, can be flexibly employed and processed with ease (gluing), and is available in three different thicknesses. The excellent durability of our rubber cloth was tested and confirmed by an independent testing institute pursuant to DIN 53359.

• Heavy rubber cloth has webbing on both sides
• Thin and medium rubber cloth has webbing on one side

Applications

• Thin rubber cloth is ideal for small bellows. Thickness: approx. 0.1 mm
• Medium rubber cloth is ideal for small to medium-sized bellows. Thickness: approx. 0.3 mm
• Heavy rubber cloth is ideal for medium-sized to large bellows. Thickness: approx. 0.5 mm
